Shipping & Delivery
Our standard shipping method is surface delivery via UPS. US customers living in the lower 48 states should receive their orders WITHIN 1 week. This service not available to P.O. Boxes. Billy Bob’s Tack will make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Our web site utilizes a secure server on which to place your order and give your payment information. Your credit card information is encrypted and your contact information is NEVER, FOR ANY REASON SHARED WITH ANYONE.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and exchanges are not a problem. Just download this Return and Exchange Form and include it along with your order back to us. If we have a question about your return or exchang we will contact you at the phone number or email address that you provide us on that form.

Merchandise must be returned in NEW, UNUSED condition within 14 days of purchase. Special orders and drop ships may not be returned.

SADDLE RETURN policy: If you are not completely satisified with your saddle purchase you may return it to us at your expense. Saddles must be returned to us within 7 days of when they were delivered to receive full credit.. Any longe than 7 days a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Saddle must not have been ridden and must come back to us in the same condition that it was sent to you in. We stress that a full refund can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no evidence of use.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES: Please contact us immediately after you have inspected the package so we can notify the delivery carrier to start a claim on your package. Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours.
Sales Tax
If you live and have your order shipped outside of the state of Texas we do not have to collect sales tax on your order. However if you live within the state of texas we must collect sales tax of 8.0% on all orders billed to a Texas address.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
BillyBob’sTack.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You are always welcome to phone in your orders if you prefer. Cashiers checks and money orders are accepted with mail in orders.
Ordering
Occasionally, if we are out of a particular product or on some of our larger items, or special order items, we will “drop ship” them to you. This means it will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Please allow extra time for these shipments to arrive.
